Summary
You will be part of a supportive clinical team delivering high‑quality dietetics to primary care services. Your work will help people manage long‑term conditions, make informed food choices and feel confident about their care. You’ll also contribute to service improvement, student learning and shared ways of working across health and care teams.
What you’ll do:
• Assess nutritional needs and plan care that meets each person’s goals
• Support people and carers to make positive, sustainable dietary changes
• Manage and prioritise your own clinical caseload
• Work with colleagues across services to deliver joined‑up care
• Keep clear, accurate clinical records and contribute to audit and service development
What we’re looking for:
• A degree in Dietetics and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Experience of clinical dietetics in primary care or acute settings, or transferable experience
• Confidence communicating with people from different backgrounds and with varied needs
• Good organisation skills and the ability to work independently with support when needed
• Willingness to learn, reflect on practice and support students and colleagues
