Summary
Ensure effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care through the development of written care plans Work collaboratively with other professionals Ensure safe recovery of patients post-surgery Responsible for carrying out post-operative telephone follow up for patients the day after their surgery Ensure that all learners are guided and assessed to effectively achieve their objectives and standards of care Develop effective communication with the multidisciplinary team, relatives and other nursing staff to ensure they receive clear and accurate information Recognise and respond to emergency situations Supervise and participate in the education and training of other members of the team Full Vacancy details can be found on the attached Job Description/Person Specification.
