Summary
You will be part of the busy team that provide our non-clinical support within the practice. The work is varied and interesting and includes welcoming patients and visitors, listening and understanding patients needs, resolving queries where possible, signposting patients to the appropriate service or appointment, booking appointments and processing prescriptions.
