Act as the Responsible Pharmacist, ensuring compliance with GPhC and DoH requirements. Lead and support pharmacy staff, serving as a role model for excellence. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with prescribers and clinical teams. Contribute to clinical services, medicines management, and operational efficiency. Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy Manager and Superintendent Pharmacist. About You: Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC Strong leadership and teamwork skills Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals Passion for delivering high-quality patient care Shift Pattern: Based at Kings College Hospital London. Our opening times are Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays 9am - 5pm. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week to meet the needs of the Business on a Rota basis. Qualifications:Candidates must hold current registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council. An advanced clinical qualification, postgraduate credential, or a minimum of 18 months' equivalent clinical experience is required. Applicants should have broad experience across a variety of pharmacy settings and roles, including involvement in temporary or day-to-day management responsibilities. Experience contributing to or leading the development of a new business, organisation, or team is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, with the ability to organise and prioritise their own workload, translate ideas into practice, and demonstrate a pragmatic, methodical, and resilient approach to their work.
