Summary
Under the supervision of the Quality Improvement Team, the Fellow will: Quality Improvement Support: Support the identification, scoping and delivery of a Quality Improvement project aligned with Trust and VCSE priorities Assist with data collection, basic analysis and presentation of QI findings Support the use of recognised QI tools and methods (e.g.PDSA cycles, driver diagrams, process mapping) Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations and learning summaries Engagement and Partnership Working: Support engagement with service users, carers, VCSE partners and frontline staff Assist with organising and supporting workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions Communicate effectively with a range of audiences, including NHS staff and VCSE partners Learning and Development: Participate in formal QI training and learning opportunities Maintain a personal development plan focused on QI, partnership working and mental health improvement Reflect on learning and contribute to shared learning across the Trust and VCSE networks Organisational Support: Work collaboratively with the Quality Improvement Team and wider Trust teams Support improvement activity related to health inequalities and population mental health Contribute to building links between the Trust and VCSE organisations where appropriate The post holder will work within agreed boundaries and be supported with regular supervision.
