Summary
NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Talking Therapies is a dynamic talking therapies service that strives for balance between meeting locally commissioned targets, clinical effectiveness, and patient-centred care. The Senior PWP role is designed for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners who would like to progress into supervising and leadership. You will need experience of working as a Psychological Wellbeing practitioner in a talking therapy service with adults with mental health problems or difficulties. Holding supervisory qualification is essential. Your focus will be on providing excellent patient care and treatment supported of cutting-edge Low Intensity Psychological Interventions within primary care mental health. You will support the delivery of training, education and close partnership working, maintaining effective communications with both internal and external partners You will be required to hold PWP registration with the British Psychological Society (BPS) or The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
