Luxe Property Cleaning Contractors are recruiting professional Cleaning Operatives for Ministry of Defence cleaning contracts.
Luxe Property Cleaning Contractors are looking for reliable and detail-focused End of Tenancy Cleaners to work on Ministry of Defence housing properties.
This role involves carrying out high-standard end of tenancy cleans within military housing and accommodation to prepare properties for new occupants.
Duties include:
Full deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms
Cleaning inside cupboards, ovens and appliances
Dusting, vacuuming and mopping throughout properties
Removing marks from walls and surfaces
Ensuring properties are left to a high inspection standard
Following cleaning checklists and site instructions
Travelling to different property locations
Requirements:
Previous end of tenancy or deep cleaning experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team
Driving licence
DBS needed ( Basic )
Full security clearance also has to be carried out
