We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing, values-driven care provider seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Leeds.

As Home Manager, you will take full operational and clinical responsibility for the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, leadership, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Full operational and clinical leadership of the nursing home
Lead, support, and develop a high-performing care team
Maintain and improve CQC rating (Good or Outstanding)
Manage occupancy, budgets, and overall home performance
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards
Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
About You
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Home Manager / Registered Manager in a nursing home
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
Clinical background (desirable)
Strong operational, financial, and performance management capability
Confident with systems, audits, and compliance frameworks
Commercially aware and results-driven
Knowledge of the Leeds / West Yorkshire area (desirable)
Right to work in the UK
