My client is seeking a Regional Support Manager to oversee care home operations across the Midlands/Cheshire, /Bristol region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established, forward-thinking organisation that prioritises exceptional care, staff development, and innovation.
The Role:
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care home managers across Cheshire and North Midlands.
Ensure high standards of care are maintained, meeting regulatory and company standards.
Drive quality, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple homes.
Support homes with CQC inspections, training, and development.
Work closely with senior management to enhance resident experience and business performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Home Manager or Support Manager within the nursing/care home sector.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
NMC PIN preferred but not essential.
Demonstrable career longevity within the sector.
