What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
Arrive promptly to site and spend the allowed time at/on each set task
Assess site for any specific issues that may have arisen and report back if appropriate
Comply with all local health and safety measures
Carry out a variety of works on site as and when required, such as but not limited to:
Changing light bulbs and ensuring their fixtures are in good working order
Minor electrical work, replacing sockets, lights, changing fuses, junction boxes etc
Minor plumbing and carpentry
Assembling equipment, where required
Conducting repairs within communal areas, completed to a suitable standard
Garden/landscape installation and maintenance
Painting and decorating of communal areas
Maintaining property exterior through the different seasons
A variety of other internal and external works
Reporting of issues and potential works
Completing job service reports
Completing weekly vehicle checks
What You Need to Succeed
Holds a full, valid UK Driving License
Experience of working in a similar role is essential
Competence in maintenance skills such as painting; decorating; carpentry; general repairs.
