Are you ready to make a real impact by undertaking gap analysis, re-engineering business processes and driving improvement? We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at Bromford!
As a business analyst, you'll play a crucial role in analysing and improving our business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify areas for improvement and ensure that solutions deliver measurable value. Your work will directly contribute to driving business change, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes. You will need to analyse and understand differences between legacy organisations, processes and solutions in order to report on appropriate customisation and integration activity and normalisation of processes.
You'll gather both functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into clear business documents and user stories. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, you’ll challenge their assumptions when necessary, ensuring the solutions you help design are fit for purpose. You’ll manage the requirements process, from elicitation to refinement as well as support the development of business cases that lead to real transformation.
You will lead workshops, write up detailed reports and create appropriate risks, issues, tasks and actions to deliver and capture business change project activity. You will need to create business cases to justify and prioritise new requirements, customisations and process or behavioural changes.
In addition to capturing and refining requirements, you’ll play a key role in quality assurance, ensuring that outputs meet the needs of the business through user acceptance testing. Your documentation will cover everything from requirements specifications to process maps, supporting a clear path from planning to execution.
You will have:
- Experience in Agile and waterfall environments with a strong understanding of the business change lifecycle
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (including Enterprise Asset Management) and CE modules, managing user story backlogs, building business cases and process mapping using industry-standard techniques
- Experience of working with or in a housing association and experience of working in large scale integration projects
- Skilled in juggling multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation abilities
- Ability to challenge assumptions, make informed decisions, present fact-based alternatives and demonstrate emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and independent worker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Professional business analysis qualification (desirable but not essential)
In return for your commitment, you’ll do meaningful work that influences real decisions, enjoy flexibility in how you work, and have the opportunity to grow your analytical capability in a role where your insight genuinely shapes outcomes. If you’re curious, detail‑driven, and motivated by using data and analysis to improve services and experiences, and you want to be part of a team that is all‑in on doing the right thing, we’d really like to hear from you.
Please submit your application through our website by the closing date. Early applications are encouraged as we review throughout the campaign.
Closing date: Sunday 24 May 2026.
Interviews are scheduled to take place on Wednesday 3 June and Thursday 4 June 2026.
