Summary

We are seeking a committed and compassionate SEND Support Practitioner to support learners with a range of needs, including SEMH and neurodivergence. Through a child-centred, adaptive approach, we deliver bespoke education built on strong relationships, inclusion, and wellbeing.

The Role

You will play a vital role in supporting pupils to engage positively with learning and everyday life. You'll help develop emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience, working flexibly across settings to maintain a structured, aspirational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEND and SEMH needs in and beyond the classroom
- Promote wellbeing, positive behaviour, and emotional regulation
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
