As our People Partner, you will provide expert HR leadership across our services, playing a key role in steering collaboration with stakeholders and championing transformational change. In return, you'll be part of a vibrant, forward-thinking organisation, enjoying comprehensive development programmes and support to accelerate your career progression.
If you’re keen to expand your horizons within the NHS, especially in mental health, this is an outstanding chance to gain invaluable experience in a specialist Trust, even if you haven’t worked in this sector before. Join us and make a meaningful impact while advancing your professional journey in a truly supportive, inclusive and dynamic setting.
We are seeking an accomplished HR professional with a proven track record in delivering impactful operational HR solutions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in shaping and implementing workforce plans at the operational level, combined with a strong ability to lead and influence significant organisational change initiatives. You will provide expert guidance to managers on critical processes such as restructuring and TUPE transfers, ensuring seamless transitions and positive outcomes.
Our ideal applicant will have held a senior HR position, bringing in-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment law. You will possess the confidence and expertise to support managers through challenging HR matters, tackle inappropriate practices diplomatically, and drive forward innovative, practical solutions that benefit both individuals and the wider organisation.
