Summary

We are looking for a Digital Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital single-pass printing equipment, ensuring consistent, high-quality output for customised packaging products.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, offering a clear pathway from part-time to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate digital single-pass printing machines to produce custom print jobs
• Set up and adjust machines for colour accuracy, alignment, and print quality
• Load materials and prepare jobs according to production specifications
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and high standards
• Make basic artwork adjustments or prepare print files when required
• Assist with finishing, assembly, or packaging tasks when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines

Requirements
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or print environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn digital systems
• Some experience with design or editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) is beneficial
• Entry-level Photoshop skills are acceptable — training will be provided
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with manual handling and working on your feet
• Previous experience in digital printing, packaging, or production is desirable but not essential

• Part-time hours initially (to be discussed at interview)
• Clear progression to full-time (40 hours per week) based on performance and business needs
