Summary
Mobile Cleaner (company van provided)
NECS (UK) Ltd are looking for a Mobile Cleaner to work in areas across the North East of England etc. Ideally suited to someone living in the Durham area due to site locations although consideration would be given to other areas as our customer sites are over an expansive area.
A company van will be provided for business use only. 30+ hours per week, you must be prepared to work additional hours as and when required. You will be required to cover early morning starts, evenings and occasional weekends.
Full in house training to be provided. Company van and mobile phone will be provided for business use. Opportunity may arise for IPAF/PASMA training for high level cleaning.
Full UK driving license required (vehicle is manual).

Responsibilities:
Driving throughout North East England and surrounding areas, carrying out cleaning at our customer sites in accordance with the work schedule; Covering staff absences/holidays. Take ownership of Health and Safety for yourself and others at work; Complete all work in accordance with current legal Health and Safety requirements; Ensure any appropriate warning signs are always in use; Observe and comply with site rules and and regulations at all times; Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and safe working order; Report all machine and building faults to line manager; Respond courteously to customer and management requests; Undertake any other duties required by line managers; To use time and attendance system to record working hours.
Knowledge and experience:
Preferably have cleaning experience, however, training can be provided;
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this position as some of our sites are schools or other sites which require such certification. If you do not have a DBS then NECS will cover the cost to apply.
We are looking for someone hardworking (hands on cleaning role) with a professional attitude; Be able to work to a schedule; Be able to work as part of a team; Be able to work using their own initiative; Be honest and reliable.
