Summary
Title: Registered Home Manager
Location: Slough
Hours: 39 hours per week
Term: Full-Time Permanent (6 month probationary period)
Reports to: Operations Manager
Pay: £39,532.00 per annum plus an on-call allowance of £500 per annum (pro rata)
The Position:
R.E.A.C.H. Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Home Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality services that are centred on meeting the individual needs, choices and aspirations of the people we support. The successful candidate will:
• Have a passion for delivering safe, person-centred care
• Ensure full CQC compliance (including new Single Assessment Framework)
• Manage and develop care staff
• Maintain excellent care standards and safeguarding practises
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and professionals
• Promote a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement and drive service growth
Essential Criteria:
• Experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities
• QCF Level 5 Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years in a Registered Home Manager position
• Proven stable employment history demonstrating ongoing commitment to a management role
• Confident leadership and organisational skills
• Full driving licence
• Right to live and work in the UK

You will be compassionate and committed with energy and enthusiasm, possess an empathetic and open manner and can communicate well with everyone, be an excellent communicator with a positive attitude, able to work under pressure, be reliable, conscientious and committed to contributing to the aims of R.E.A.C.H. You will enjoy leading and supporting a team of staff and will take an interest in their personal development, as you will do your own self-development.
