Responsibilities
Supervise and support daily operations of the practice team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize workflow and maintain compliance with regulations.
Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, facilitating professional growth and performance improvement.
Coordinate staff schedules and allocate resources to meet patient needs and organizational objectives.
Monitor and evaluate practice performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Serve as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
Address and resolve any operational issues or conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a healthcare or related practice setting.
Strong knowledge of practice operations, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in using practice management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Relevant educational background in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.

Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £24.52
