Summary
Location: Brixworth - site based 5 days per weekHours: Permanent Fulltime 40 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to usSalary: £31,000 - £35,000 per year + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As a Traffic Management Operative, you'll be working alongside dedicated maintenance gangs, you'll provide essential traffic management support for carriageway, footway, and drainage projects. This hands-on role offers the chance to develop your skills whilst contributing to the improvement of local road networks.
Your day to day will include:
-Completing traffic management risk assessments to ensure site safety
-Reviewing and implementing traffic management arrangements for minor works
-Supporting maintenance activities including hand sweeping, cleaning, and litter picking
-Loading, unloading, and handling materials and equipment safely
-Working collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality maintenance projects
What are we looking for?
This Traffic Management Operative role would suit someone who:
-Holds LANTRA Traffic Management qualifications at T1/M1 and T2/M2 levels
-Brings hands-on experience from highway maintenance or a similar field
-Has completed relevant SHE matrix training for the role
-Is committed to working safely and looks out for colleagues and the public
-Thrives in a team environment and enjoys contributing to shared success
