Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to residents in a comfortable and safe environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work closely with the nursing and care team to develop and implement individual care plans.
- Ensure the health and well-being of all residents, promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Offer support and advice to families and residents to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:- Valid NMC registration and Nursing qualification.
- Previous experience in a nursing or care home setting is preferred, but not essential.
- A compassionate, dedicated, and professional approach to care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to delivering person-centred care and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
