Summary
Maintenance Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across our UK estate including our Restaurants, Support Office and Central Kitchen.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Operations, contractors and stakeholders to ensure our estate remains safe, compliant and running efficiently.
What you’ll do
Manage reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites
Oversee statutory compliance and PPM schedules
Lead maintenance projects, refurbishments and technical upgrades
Manage contractor performance, KPIs and SLAs
Monitor budgets, reporting and identify cost-saving opportunities
Act as a key support contact for operational maintenance issues
What we’re looking for
Multi-site hospitality maintenance experience
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, gas and catering equipment, building fabric and compliance
Experience using CAFM systems
Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware with strong budget management experience
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
