We are currently seeking passionate Maths, English, and Science tutors across Wigan and the surrounding areas to provide high-quality 1:1 tuition to pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds.

This role offers the opportunity to support students in a more personalised way, whether they need a confidence boost, extra academic support, or alternative provision due to SEN/SEMH needs.

What makes this role different?

Focused 1:1 Support: Deliver tailored face-to-face sessions outside of a traditional classroom environment
Freedom to Teach Your Way: Plan and adapt lessons around each pupil’s individual learning style and needs
Flexible Working: Choose the hours that suit your schedule, whether you’re looking for a few sessions a week or a fuller timetable
Rewarding Outcomes: Build strong relationships and directly see the progress your support creates

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English and/or Science
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs
• A good understanding of the UK national curriculum
• The ability to adapt learning approaches to engage individual students
• Teaching, tutoring, or classroom experience

What we offer:
