Summary
This is a varied role within a busy, customer-focused environment. You will act as a first point of contact for student record queries, provide support to students and staff, and process updates to student records using the University’s system (SITS), including changes to programme, status, attendance and fees. You will also assist the administration of assessment outcomes and degree certificate production, maintain accurate fee information, and ensure updates to external organisations such as the Student Loans Company and sponsors are completed in a timely manner.
In addition, you will contribute to key activities such as enrolment and graduation ceremonies.
We are looking for someone with administrative or customer service experience, strong organisational skills, and a high level of accuracy when handling data. You will be a clear communicator, confident using Microsoft Office, and able to manage your workload effectively. Experience of working in Higher Education or with systems such as SITS would be advantageous.
