Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple teams to facilitate effective business operations.
Coordinate and manage scheduling, meetings, and communications to ensure seamless workflow.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is updated and easily accessible.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by senior staff.
Support project teams by tracking progress, managing documentation, and facilitating timely completion of tasks.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve any issues.
Handle routine financial tasks such as processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims in accordance with organizational policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar administrative or business support role, preferably at Grade 4 level or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management tools.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
