- A relevant educational qualification, such as a degree in Education or a teaching-related subject
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting the academic and personal growth of students
- Familiarity with the national curriculum and an understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies
- Proficiency in the use of technology, including educational software and digital tools
- A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to undergo one
