• Lead and enhance the quality of teaching and learning for SEND pupils across both schools
• Work alongside an experienced SENDCo, contributing to the strategic development of SEND provision
• Support and develop staff to deliver high-quality adaptive teaching that meets the needs of all learners
• Work flexibly across both sites, responding to the individual contexts of each school
• Promote inclusive practice and ensure SEND pupils make strong progress
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies,families and professionals
• Play a key role as part of the wider leadership team
