up to £45,000pa + competitive commission, 30 days leave, company car, Mon - Fri 8am till 4.30pm (2 days per week office based, 3 days per week field based) Training, Parking
Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans a brand‑new opportunity to take ownership of international growth within a well‑established manufacturer of construction machinery. If you understand the mechanics of export, thrive in technical sales, and want a role with real global reach, this is the challenge you've been waiting for. You will be working directly with the Head of Sales and the wider commercial and technical team, whilst being the driving force for sales and export of the company:
- Grow export markets - identify new regions, distributors, and partners.
- Manage global accounts - build long‑term relationships and maximise revenue.
- Navigate export processes - ensure compliance with documentation, regulations, and logistics.
- Represent the brand overseas as well as in the UK- attend trade shows, visit distributors, and support customers on site.
- Influence commercial strategy - contribute to pricing, product positioning, and market entry plans.
We would expect the successful Sales & Export Manager to be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of Export requirements and legislation, be an excellent communicator, with the natural sales ability to build on current relationship, as well as having the ambition to convert prospect contracts. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company products, processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Export Sales, Machinery Sales or Technical Sales position.
You will be joining the Corby Head Office of a company that has been established for over 50 years with an enviable reputation in their field of machinery manufacturing. Working directly for the Head of Sales, this role offers variety on a daily basis, once fully trained you will be office based in Corby, Northamptonshire 2 days per week and three days on the road (including overseas travel when required). The organisation name is synonymous with delivering outstanding quality products and services and they are keen to recruit a Sales & Export Manager who offers the same.
