  • Creating high‑quality written content across a wide range of channels, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Evaluating communication effectiveness and using insight to continuously improve
  • Championing best practice and supporting colleagues to build their communications capability

What we're looking for

  • A broad communications skill set, ideally spanning internal, external, customer and stakeholder communications
  • Strong influencing skills and the confidence to work with senior leaders
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
  • A positive, solutions‑focused approach and the confidence to manage competing priorities
  • Experience of using insight and data to shape and measure communications activity

Location flexibilityWorking in a hybrid manner, the role can be based in Eastleigh, Yeovil or London, offering flexibility while remaining closely connected to the wider team and stakeholders.
