Summary
The focus of the role will be that of supporting people with dementia postdiagnosis and enabling them and their family carers to live well with dementia. The role will also include some administrative duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the clinical environment and practical assistance to individual practitioners and doctors in the assessment and review of service users.
