Summary
Main duties and responsibilities - Provide leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the practice - Manage, support come on and develop administrative and non-clinical staff formal including rotas, supervision, and performance management - Ensure compliance with NHS contractual requirements, CQC standards, and all relevant legislation and policies - Assist with HR processes including recruitment, induction, appraisals, training, and liaison with external service providers - Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders including NHS England, the ICB and suppliers - Support Practice Manager and the clinical team with operational, service development, and quality improvement initiatives - Oversee premises management, IT systems, data protection, information governance, and health & safety compliance - Identify opportunities for service improvement and support the implementation of change to enhance efficiency and patient experience
