Summary
About the role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual to join our Membership and Loyalty team, shaping the future of Tesco’s Clubcard proposition. This role plays a key part in creating compelling reasons for over 40 million customers worldwide to choose Tesco more often, by delivering innovative and engaging Clubcard experiences.
You will be responsible for managing and evolving key Clubcard propositions defined as services, products, or promises designed to meet specific customer needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams across customer and technology functions, you will ensure customers can easily access the best value Tesco has to offer, driving stronger engagement and long-term loyalty.

You will be responsible for
- Lead the development and evolution of Clubcard propositions, ensuring clear customer insights, missions, benefits and reasons-to-believe, delivered consistently across the 6Ps
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer and technology teams to turn ideas into impactful, end-to-end propositions
- Drive alignment and visibility across teams, connecting plans and activities to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Monitor market trends and customer metrics in loyalty and retail to proactively identify opportunities and risks
- Brief and partner with insight, communications, technology and brand teams to bring propositions to life, acting as a champion for the channel
- Stay ahead of customer, channel and competitor trends, using data and insight to uncover new opportunities for Tesco
- Use strong storytelling and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and energise the wider business
You will need
- Demonstrated strong customer focus, with a clear understanding of customer needs and behaviours
- Previous experience working in digital environments, with an appreciation of digital products or platforms
- Commercially astute, with the ability to balance customer outcomes and business performance
- Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to bring together cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, showing resilience and maintaining performance under pressure
- Strategic and logical thinker, able to plan effectively and align activity to broader business goals
- Confident in analysing, interpreting, and synthesising data from multiple sources to generate clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to prioritise and balance multiple demands across different areas of the business
