About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a primarily remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy, but candidates must be based within a 1-hour commute of Meopham, Kent, as you will be required to attend in-person team meetings once a month.
This is a varied role combining administrative support with hands-on marketing responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
Assist with reporting, data entry, and document preparation
Marketing Duties:
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Manage and schedule social media content
Update website content and assist with SEO improvements
Create marketing materials (e.g., newsletters, flyers, presentations)
Monitor and report on campaign performance
About You
Proven marketing experience is essential, with a strong understanding of campaign planning and execution
Knowledge and practical use of AI tools in marketing (e.g., content creation, automation, analytics)
Previous experience in an administrative and/or marketing role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Experience with CRM systems
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
Knowledge of email marketing platforms
