Summary
We're looking for an enthusiastic, qualified Swimming Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons to participants of all ages and abilities. You'll inspire confidence in the water, track individual progress and help swimmers achieve recognised award standards -all within a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons tailored to participants' ability levels
Assess pupil progress and maintain accurate records and registers
Uphold the highest standards of health, safety and safeguarding at all times
Communicate regularly with swimmers, parents and the wider Sports Facilities team
Attend relevant training, CPD sessions and team meetings
What We're Looking For
A qualified Swimming Teacher with relevant certification
Enthusiastic, reliable and a great communicator
Committed to safeguarding, inclusivity and delivering an exceptional experience
