As part of a leading national group, you’ll join a dynamic Commercial team delivering reactive and planned maintenance works across residential and commercial portfolios with real scope to develop and progress your career

As a Quantity Surveyor you’ll support the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of R&M and property maintenance contracts, managing costs, value and relationships across multiple projects

Your Role as Our Quantity Surveyor:


Managing subcontractor payments, valuations and cost control
Supporting CVR processes, client invoicing and month end reporting
Ensuring financial accuracy across reactive and planned maintenance works
Handling multiple contracts across a varied portfolio
Working closely with operational teams to maximise value and performance



What We Need from You:


1 to 5 years experience in:
Repairs & Maintenance essential
Heating & Compliance ideal
Facilities management
Property building maintenance
Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills
Experience working across planned and reactive works
Experience in social housing or maintenance contracting is highly desirable
