Summary
Purpose: To provide a high standard of administrative support to the Governance team to enable the delivery of a robust governance framework which supports the delivery of high quality and safe services The post holder will: Develop/maintain and be responsible for timely and effective management of key Governance systems. Organise meetings and undertake administrative tasks to ensure agendas, minutes and all relevant documentation is managed appropriately. Undertake specific project work when required. Work as an integral member of the Governance Team supporting all team members in administrative duties deputizing for the Governance Coordinator where appropriate Key Result Areas Assist the Governance Team with a wide variety of administration tasks. Organise and administrate the relevant Committee meetings, which include diary invites, agendas, documentation & minutes. Assist with the inputting of data into regulatory databases. Assist with completion of monthly and quarterly data reporting using risk management database. Coordinate and administrate central database for patient leaflets produced internally and externally. Cleanse data on Datix, including duplicate contacts and other incorrectly logged information. Undertake administrative tasks for completion of PLACE audit. Assist with administration of PolicyStat. Routinely collaborate with patients to gain patient experience feedback, including PROMS data or equivalent. Support the Head of Governance, Compliance and Risk and the Clinical Governance & Risk Leads with delegated administration duties. Understanding of tasks undertaken by other members of the Governance Team and cover key tasks, when required.
