The Role
You will play a key role in leading shifts and delivering high-quality care by:
Leading by example and setting high standards of care
Supporting children and young people with complex needs and behaviours
Acting as a key worker, contributing to care plans and reviews
Promoting independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive outcomes
Supporting and mentoring junior staff on shift
Ensuring safeguarding, policies, and records are maintained to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People or equivalent)
Experience supporting vulnerable children and young people
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and residential care standards
Confident, resilient, and able to lead shifts effectively
Flexible to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
