Randstad Education is looking for creative and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) specialists to join our team. We support a wide variety of schools across Leeds, offering you the chance to make a real impact in those crucial early years.

Job Role

As an EYFS Teacher, you will be the architect of early discovery. Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the EYFS Framework.

  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for Nursery and Reception pupils.

  • Managing observations and contributing to learning journals to track student progress.

  • Fostering social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and creative play.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.

  • Essential: You must have previous UK experience teaching within an EYFS setting.

  • A deep understanding of Phonics (e.g., Read Write Inc or Jolly Phonics).

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to process a new one).
