Summary
To actively participate in reviews of the therapeutic timetable, advising about clinical needs particularly of clients on own caseload. Providing evaluations of the effectiveness of treatment sessions. Completing both home assessments and functional assessments of patients in their own homes and on the ward. Prescribing minor adaptive equipment to facilitate patient discharges Attending ward rounds and care planning meetings Have effective time management skills, able to manage varied caseload demands around regular duties such as case reviews and group work, and to balance the roles of a clinician. To be actively involved in service developments for the Inpatient Therapies Team and the older adult wards. This will include: Actively contributing own ideas Being involved in carrying out and evaluating pilots Assisting in implementing developments Quality Improvement
