Are you a Maths teacher who thrives on making a real difference in the classroom?
Do you want to teach in a school where strong relationships and consistency underpin excellent behaviour?
Looking for a role where you’ll be supported, challenged, and given clear routes to progression?
A large, well-established Sheffield secondary school is looking to secure a talented Maths Teacher ahead of the September 2026 start. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school that has undergone significant improvement in recent years, with a clear vision, strong leadership, and a renewed focus on high standards across the board.
The school serves a diverse and vibrant community and places a strong emphasis on creating a calm, structured learning environment where students can succeed. Behaviour systems are clear and consistently applied, allowing teachers to focus on delivering high-quality, engaging lessons.
The Maths department is a key part of the school’s improvement journey—well-resourced, collaborative, and ambitious for its students. You’ll be joining a supportive team with a shared goal of raising attainment and building confidence in Mathematics across all ability levels.
The Role:
• Full-time Secondary Maths Teacher position

• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths education
• High expectations for behaviour, effort, and achievement
• A resilient, proactive teacher who values consistency and teamwork
Why This School?

• Strong SLT with a focus on staff development and wellbeing
• Opportunities for progression within a growing and improving school
• Part of a wider trust offering excellent CPD and career pathways
