Are you a 7.5T driver looking for work in the Chester area? If you are searching for the flexibility of working for an agency but with regular, ongoing, year-round work, with great rates of pay, we want to hear from you.
You'll be delivering and collecting mail and parcels from Royal Mail mail centres, hubs and customer locations, operating from a well-organised depot in Chester, using clean, well-maintained vehicles. There is some interaction involved for loading and unloading, which full training is provided for to help ensure you are safe and confident from day 1.
Qualities we are looking for:
- Punctual
- Professional and positive attitude whilst working
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail especially whilst using the PDA’s and following the paperwork
- Safety conscious
We offer a wide range of shift options - operating 7 days a week with day and night start times available whether you're looking for occasional days, part-time hours, weekend work, or a full-time schedule, we can tailor shifts to suit your availability. This is ongoing, year-round agency work with one of the UK’s most trusted brands.
Pay Rates:
Monday to Saturday:
- Days: £16.53 to £17.49
- Nights: £17.25 to £19.40
Sunday:
- Days: £23.34 to £24.30
- Nights: £24.06 to £26.21
All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately
Weekly pay every Friday
Requirements
• Valid 7.5T driving license
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years of recent 7.5T driving experience required
• No more than 5 penalty points (minor offences only)
• DBS check completed as part of the registration (no cost to you)
