Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and professional counsellor to join our small, supportive team of up to twelve telephone counsellors within a department based in our Bradley Stoke contact centre. In this role, you will provide 30-minute telephone counselling sessions to individuals who are considering or undergoing abortion, as well as those seeking post-abortion support. You will also work with a limited number of clients accessing vasectomy services. The position requires the ability to manage sessions efficiently, ensuring they start and end on time while maintaining accurate, computerised case notes. An important aspect of the role includes being alert to safeguarding concerns and referring clients appropriately in line with our policies.
