Summary
Location: Home Based, UK
Salary: £30,000 per annum- rising to £32,000 per annum after probation + late shift uplift
Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract- 12 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday. 9am-5pm (After successful probation - 6 month - you will be required to complete one late shift per week 2pm-10pm as part of your working week)
Right to live & work within the UK is required for this role.

Role Summary:
To provide a dual service of occupational health assessments and reports from a mental health perspective and Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Step 2) treatment to clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Occupational Health Assessments via telephone and video.
Writing Occupational Health Reports.
Provision of step 2 interventions to include: Low Intensity CBT via telephone, video platform, silver cloud, groups (via video-link).
Making referrals to High Intensity Therapy and/or counselling services.
Writing letters to GP's where there are concerns regarding risk or further mental health assessment is required.
Engagement with case management & clinical skills supervision.
Welfare calls to clients if risk is identified.
Support and engagement with wider PHP team
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Required for the Role:
To have undertaken the `Post Graduate Certificate in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy` course and be fully qualified as a PWP.
Registered with the BABCP as a PWP
18 months post registration experience in an NHS setting
Able to achieve clinical outcomes and meet agreed performance targets.
Ability to manage own caseload and time.
Demonstrate high standards verbal & written communication including completing telephone and video consultations.
Able to develop effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
In depth knowledge of anxiety disorders and depression and how they can be supported by evidence-based interventions.
Experience in assessing suicide and self-harm (IAPT based or from other mental health services).
