We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to support both adult and paediatric clients in the Lincoln area.
Role 1: Care Assistant – Adult Client
You will be supporting a male adult with Cerebral Palsy who is a wheelchair user.
Shifts Available:
Wednesday & Friday Day Shifts
Night shifts available
Key Duties:
Moving & handling and repositioning
Personal care and daily living support
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Community access (client has a wheelchair-accessible vehicle – drivers essential)
Companionship and emotional support
What We’re Looking For
A compassionate, reliable, and caring nature
Minimum 6 months UK care experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Full UK Driving Licence required (adult role)
Enhanced DBS required
