Summary
My client is a small, family-owned business based on the outskirts of Leeds, near Holbeck/Armley (LS12).
They are recruiting for a part-time Online Sales Processor,
working Monday to Friday, 09:30–15:00.
A temporary-to-permanent.
Key Responsibilities
• Process online sales orders from enquiries and various other online platforms
• Check websites regularly and process incoming orders promptly
• Take credit card payments
• Liaise with warehouse staff regarding stock and dispatch
• Answer incoming calls and take accurate, detailed messages
• Monitor and respond to emails
• Assist with general day to day administrative tasks
Requirements
• Strong organisational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise a changing workload
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to use initiative and work independently
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Part time availability: 9:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Full training, supervision, and ongoing support will be provided.
