Summary
Flexible Daytime hours available for experienced Care Assistants within Burton on Trent!
You will be working in a beautifully maintained residential care home that supports up to 27 elderly residents, many of whom are living with age-related conditions such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
In this role, you will follow tailored care plans to ensure each resident receives the highest standard of support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as toileting, bathing, and dressing
- Supporting mobility (using appropriate moving and handling equipment)
- Playing a key role in promoting both physical and emotional wellbeing throughout the day.

Don’t have a valid DBS and/or training?? Do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

- Have referenceable work history
- Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)*
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service*
- Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.
