We work with schools across areas including Rochdale town centre, Heywood, Middleton, Littleborough, Milnrow, and surrounding communities. Schools in Rochdale are known for their strong community focus, inclusive ethos, and commitment to supporting pupils from a wide range of backgrounds. What You'll Be Doing:

- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
- Working closely with school staff to support pupil development
- Building your teaching practice through hands-on classroom experience
We're Looking For:
- Trainee teachers on track to achieve QTS by September 2026
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Confidence in managing a classroom (with support where needed)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine commitment to supporting all learners
