Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Forklift Workshop Supervisor to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Stephenson College.

Join our team in a hands‑on workshop role where you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality teaching and learning through expert technical guidance, demonstrations, and leadership.

Responsibilities of this role include;

Ensure the Health and Safety of students in the use of equipment, tools and resources required to develop their skills and knowledge.
Review, monitor and complete annual risk assessments associated with the workshop environment, including COSHH.
Organise safe systems for storage of material and equipment.
What we are looking for;

Possess a Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject area (e.g. forklift truck maintenance and repair
Have recent experience in the relevant industry
Have vast knowledge of the sector
Have excellent time management skills and be able to work to deadlines
