LUX Boutique Collection Ltd is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Marketing Manager to support the growth of our boutique fashion retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and delivering marketing campaigns to promote our clothing collections, seasonal offers, new arrivals and retail services.
This role is ideal for someone with strong marketing knowledge, creativity, commercial awareness and a good understanding of fashion retail customer behaviour. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team, suppliers and designers to improve brand visibility, increase customer engagement and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Planning, developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote clothing collections, seasonal promotions, new arrivals and exclusive boutique products.
Managing social media platforms and online promotional activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and store footfall.
Creating and coordinating marketing content for online channels, including product promotions, campaign posts, offers, visual content and customer-facing updates.
Analysing sales trends, customer preferences and buying behaviour to support effective marketing, pricing and product promotion decisions.
Coordinating in-store promotional campaigns, product displays and visual merchandising activities to improve customer experience and product visibility.
Working with suppliers, designers and internal staff to promote new collections, exclusive ranges and seasonal fashion items.
Supporting the sales team with promotional materials, campaign information and product-focused marketing support to increase sales performance.
Monitoring marketing budgets and ensuring advertising and promotional activities are cost-effective and commercially beneficial.
Collecting and reviewing customer feedback to improve marketing strategies, product promotions and customer engagement.
Identifying opportunities to improve brand presentation, customer loyalty, repeat business and overall market positioning.
Preparing basic marketing reports on campaign performance, customer response, sales impact and promotional outcomes.
Ensuring all marketing activities are consistent with the company’s brand image, customer service standards and business goals.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate should have:
Experience in marketing, retail marketing, fashion retail, social media marketing or a related field.
Good understanding of customer behaviour, product promotion and retail sales.
Ability to plan and deliver creative marketing campaigns.
Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
