Support Worker

Fareham

Full-time
£25,845 per year (pro rata)

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in the Fareham area, supporting male and female adults with learning disabilities, duties include taking people to appointments, taking people into the community to places like cinema, local towns, horse riding, theatre, themed evenings. 3 male people we support aged between early 20's-30's. We support people with cerebral palsy, autism, learning disability, PEG feeding tube.

Every day’s different, but your role could include:

Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
Making each day meaningful — and having fun while you do it!
