What the role involves:
You will support adults with a range of complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and challenging behaviours . This is a busy, high‑energy role where no two days are the same. You will help people stay safe, build independence and work towards everyday goals that make a real difference to their lives.
Working pattern:
Due to the nature of the service operating 24/7, you will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, which will include a mix of weekdays and weekends.

This role requires previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
