About the role

The MIS department are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Data Coordinator to join the Student Records team. This is a diverse role which involves working with student data on a daily basis, across several funding streams and through the whole journey from enrolment to certification.

Other responsibilities include:-

Validation and processing of DBS applications
Supporting both internal and external customers with queries
Assisting with preparation for internal and external audits



About the person

The successful candidate will have:-

GCSE English & Maths grade 4-9 or equivalent
Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent experience
Excellent IT skills
Prior data entry experience
Customer service experience, including the ability to explain complex information
Keen eye for detail and accuracy
Self-motivation and a strong ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of funding streams would be advantageous.
